A customer placed two orders today and paid both by PayPal. The PayPal payments went thought, but Zen Card only recorded one of the orders. I have no record of the other order. No even what they ordered.
The orders were places withing minutes of each other, if that matters.
Is there any way to recover this information, and keep this from happening in the future?
The shop has only been active for about a week, and this is my second customer. I am using ver. 1.38a on Just Host.
