installing admin profiles sql file question

i have gone to install the sql file for the admin profiles where it says upload file do i browse and find the sql file then click upload

You can do it in either of two ways:
1. click the browse button, find the file and then click upload
2. simply open the sql file on your computer (with notepad or similar), copy all the contents and paste them into the box on the admin page and then click the send button

thankyou i have done that and it came up with 204 staments processed does this mean i can now add the files through my ftp and as for the extras patched files do i also install them through my ftp

i have done all that but still can not see the orange p to set permissions do i need to then run the upgrade admin profile sql file to get the permissions button if not what have a done wrong
