I've had a look about but can't find how to change the URL for the item pages, for example if I sell a book called 'Simple recipes' i want to see that in my URL

from
http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?ma...products_id=73

to
www.mydomain.com/Simple_recipes.php
or
http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?ma...simple_recipes

Or something along those lines so I have the item in the url somehow.
