Manufactures page not showing up.

Hey there,
I am currently running version 1.3.7 and for some reason when i am in the admin panel and i click on the "manufactures" page under the "catalog" section and i get a page saying there is a "internal server error: file not found". Now, when i check to see if the page actually exists through my ftp its there. Why is this happening? Please help. Thank you.
