    Oh, each of the files have clearly marked blocks of code for merging into your store files, sepcifically the template files.

    hey pickupman the file;

    You would need files in admin folder, recaptcha lib plus

    this file is not in the admin it is in;

    includes > classes > recaptchalib

    ?

    Correct, you need the files in the admin folder, recaptcha lib (includes/classes/recaptchalib.php), and the ones as mentioned based on page name you are adding it to.

    just done this mate and does not even show up, I had a basic captcha on the create account page but disabled this.

    Maybe adding these file in a single way and not keeping them as is has an impact on installing them.

    do I need to do another sql? no options in admin for create account?

    ... also do you have to change CUSTOM to your template name?

    Yes, the files in /includes/templates/CUSTOM/ would go into your theme folder. If you already have these files in there, you WinMerge to copy the block of code into your template.

    For create account, you would also need to have /includes/modules/create_account.php.

    If you have previously installed a version of this mod, or just to be safe, login into your admin page. Then you can add ?remove_recaptcha=yes to the end of your url (http://www.yoursite.com/admin/index...._recaptcha=yes). This mod will automatically install itself. It will be under Configuration->reCAPTCHA.

    tried to do the url and nothing.

    oh what do I do now then? I already had contact us recaptcha.

    I did not do winmerge as dont know how to, when I uploaded these files it overwrote some others.

    What do I do now?

    Have you renamed your admin folder to something more secure? If so, you need to make sure these files in the mod's admin folder are uploaded to your renamed admin folder.

    ok so what is the best thing for me to do now?

    I have recaptcha for the contact us page which was alreasy installed.

    so shall I just install all the other recaptchas but did not want all of them, really think they should be split up as I am sure some people will not want them all, just my tuppence worth.

    ... not too happy as I got all these errors on my contact us page now!!

    I would suggest no one else trying this as it is not the complete thing

    Going to have to try and restore my online shop now
