You will need to check both the includes/configure.php and the admin/includes/configure.php to be sure the domain name is correctly reflected.

Thanks so much for your input!
I updated the URLs in the admin/include/configure.php file, and than in itself didn't remedy the problem.
I noted the include/configure.php file is empty. Should it contain URL/domain info too?
Appreciate your assistance!
Scott
the site shouldn't work at all if the includes/configure.php is empty

Hum...interesting. As it turns out, in the admin/include/configure file, when I edited the four lines to replace "site-root.com" with "goaces.com", both configure files turned up empty. But, the Zen Cart pages did pull up okay. Also, I couldn't login as system administrator....said I had an incorrect username and/or password.
I uninstalled and reinstalled again, keeping in mind GoDaddy actually runs these...I just request them and provide data (e.g., primary domain, Admin account, etc. In any case, the same problem occurred.
At this stage, I have to wonder if this issue is GoDaddy centric...I've called it in and will let you know what I find out.
One other thought...I'm editing the php files via DreamWeaver version 10.0. That shouldn't be a problem should it?
Thanks again.
Scott
All the problems stemmed from a Windows platform. During install, Zen Cart only allowed me to name/use the primary domain on the shared hosting (as described in an earlier post). I tried 3 separate installs and was never able to login as Admin.
I changed platforms/OS...to Linux. The install went much smoother and I was able to select among all my domains. That said, I opted to purchased a separate hosing plan strictly for the goaces domain...to avoid problems implementing a secure certificate (can only be applied to the primary domain) and to dedicate all alloted transfer rate to the site (vs. sharing it with other Websites).
All that said, I don't know if the Zen Cart install problems I encountered are universal to a Windows platoform (IIS 7 + PHP 5), or maybe limited to the GoDaddy shared hosting.
