My question is: Can you modify the group pricing mod so that customers pay the NET price instead of the GROSS?

No, I want to be able to modify the mod so that my customers, when checking out items in the shopping cart, pay the NET PRICE of an item instead of the GROSS PRICE.

Nothing to do with balancing totals.
