Ok so i dont know how i installed it. this was done back in august of last year. could you list some methods and maybe it will jog my memory.

Installation is done via FTP (preferred) or your host's Fantastico (not recommended)

Do you have an FTP program?
Filezilla is free.
How did you re-upload your template file?
File Manager in cPanel?

alright i have reinstalled files from a zen cart install and have figured all these out. now what should i do so this doesnt happen again?
What files do I edit if I need to change something?
