thanks again. NOW for another problem that has popped up. none of my downloadable patterns seem to be working. i am getting this now below
Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there was an error in a CGI script.
Not sure what file to look at for this one.
Hi again, this is what it says in my english.php
Line #317 : define('WARNING_DOWNLOAD_DIRECTORY_NON_EXISTENT', 'Warning: The downloadable products directory does not exist: ' . DIR_FS_DOWNLOAD . '. Downloadable products will not work until this directory is valid.');
Have no idea what is going on . i have changed my dns so wonder if that is the cause, but my files are still there in the download file where it should be and in the admin they are all showing green on buttons .thanks
What is the specific error that you see on the screen when you attempt the download?
Did you check that /pub is set to 777 ...
Do you have your Download files in the /download directory?
Did you check your file, on the server, for
/includes/configure.php
have the correct urls, paths, etc.

just an update. WOW that was a problem...my isp providers fixed that too, I think they should as i dont think they deal with zencart too well. I would still like to know what went wrong thought and why...thanks anyways.
Hi, this is what my isp providers found...below.I dont understand their comment about the patterns not being there, as they are their and I have since downloaded them..since it was "fixed" lol I mean it worked on their free server and it just hasnt been an easy move tho their updated one. but i think we are nearly there now.
The error that you are getting was caused by the .htaccess file in the "www/stitchwith.me/pub" folder, Options +FollowSymLinks -Indexes is not allowed directive. I already commented it and you can browse http://www.stitchwith.me/pub/.kttvuxdlzjlkchuplii/ in that folder there is no Mrs_Scarecrow_Stitchery.zip file also there is no .elrqfklloufcnpbq folder in the "pub" directory and this is why the first link is not working.
Even thou my downloads are working, I cant see /pub in my ftp client...even though i could before, so wonder what has happened to that.
