Email problems need help ASAP please

I am not quite sure what is wrong but I am not receiving any emails from this site here is the Email inof in pic below

I posted this the other day but no response! I am doing a site for a client and we are testing her emails and they are not going through and I have the settings the same as I do for all of my sites! So I don't know what is wrong please see a copy of the setting below I need help ASAP this lady has been waiting 3 days

dose this host allow php email ?
perhaps using SMTP with authentication and proper email address work ?

Yes she has unlimited emails with her account but she is moving from one site to another and most of her customers know her by that email address. I have even tried putting in my own email address and I am not getting contact myself which is really strange

base on information i just found about php mail () you still need to setup your smpt information .such as port . host , etc . try those and give it a try and see if it works .

But I only do that if I am setting up a new email address to go through her outlook express correct sorry confused lol lol

im talking about setting in admin > configuration > email option .

where you have smtp setting . such as account , port , host . etc.

smtp's job is to relay emails .. logically , i guess , php mail function needs that to send email , otherwise , how would email will be send from your shop ? not through your email client on your computer but through server. ..

once that is been set . you can setup both pop3, and smtp on email client program to send and receive emails

Ok I have done two zencart installs on TWO sites never had problems in the past now everything is going wrong! Both have the email settings shown above and both are using an AOL email address! Neither can get any mail except from Paypal when and order is made they are not getting contact us emails either! Now I went in after I placed an order on one site and NO Orders are showing up can someone pretty please help me never ever had this problem before

Anytime I have a working site suddenly stop working, the first thing I do is contact my host to see if they changed anything on the server. Second thing would be to see if I had been hacked.

If these are Paypal-only sites, try temporarily activating the COD module and run a test order to see if everything works with that.
