Language Translate

I am sooooo stuck and really hope one of you can help!!

I want to modify my admin area so I can go to the languages section, click a button that will translate all english text

includes/languages/english.php
includes/languages/english/*
admin/includes/languages/english.php
admin/includes/languages/english/*
includes/templates/template_default/buttons/english/

I am having a real hard time to get this to work and can't seem to find any prebuilt tools that will do this for me. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions???

what language are you looking for ?
have you checked zencart free addon section .. ? there is a language pack where you might find a language you looking for .
