Help needed with Shipping Methods.

Dear Zenners,

With my Shop i have a few Shipping Methods that i want too use.

See list:

Parcel-post packaging
€7,00 (example)

Standard rate Shipping: Parcel-post packaging that will not fit into your Postbox (0-10kg)

Flat Rate

€4,50

Standard Rate Shipping: Bubble wrap Envelopes that will fit into your Postbox (0-2 kg)

Cash payment at our office Free Shipping

€0,00


What is the best method to apply this to my shop?

Im a bit confused about how to work this out.

If anyone can give me any tips would be lovely!

Hello,
I need to let my customers to choose between standard shipping and express shipping(2 day delivery) how can i do that, and ofcourse this means that i have to set 2 shipping prices for the same item, i believe it has a relation with zone rates, but zone rates dosnt allow me to do so, been searching and searching, but with no success . also i cant use fedex, nor UPS or any of these as i am using a freight forwared price list. need totally zenned help. :)
