    Default Adding a specific item creates a blank page

    I was getting the Blank Page problem and followed Dr Bytessticky post about this issue .... the problem however is created each time I add a specific item (it is currently disabled) I had initially included an extra image in the description which has now been removed. I have checked the html and there is nothing hiding in there. Can anyone cast any light on this for me please?
    Currently it is all working fine as the "offending" item is disabled
    the site is kia my ka.co.uk and the catergory affected is Striking Necklaces

    Is this the whole category or a single product?

    If a product, enter it in steps, name & price only to start, check,
    add image, check - add description and type it in versus cut & paste, check - etc

    You will see where it breaks

    Kobra thanks for your reply - it is the whole catergory that comes in with a blank page if that one product is active - I will test it out step by step and see how it goes and let you know if I identify when it breaks - it may help others in the future

    Ok I'm not sure if this was what created the problem but will explain in case others have same issue-- I removed the image and it all worked well - when I checked the image size I had forgotten to reduce it so it was 2meg - once I reduced the image size all is well

    Thanks for the update ... and posting that the browser was stalling on the monster image or you were never waiting long enough for that 2 meg image to finally display ...
