Replacing registration * sign with image

Hello,
Need help hope someone wil help me.
I want to replace sign "*" which is used as sign for required fields during registration with very small image, which i have already uploaded to images folder.
Think this need to be changed inside /includes/language/english.php on the line :

define('ENTRY_CITY_TEXT', '*');

If i want to replace "*" with some image how should i do that?What exactly i need to type?
