Trouble finding the includes/ folder...

Hi there, I'm very new and have just installed ZenCart onto my hosting package; super green hosting.

OK at entering products and just about to throw myself into changing bits of code with the help of this forum.

But, all the newbie advice seems to start at the point where you've found the includes/ folder, and I just have no idea where to look.... sorry I guess this is so basic for you all, but please could you help me out?

I've got FileZilla linked to my domain and have looked on there; there is one includes/ folder but there's nothing in it.

If when in filezilla you are seeing nothing - try hitting "F5"
