Free product showing/not-showing 'buy now' button

There's my list of free products, the top one "Black and White film Lightroom presets" has a BUY NOW button next to it - yet the others don't, what setting is producing that, and how do I get it to show up on ALL my products. wheras most of the products show a "... more info" where I want there to be a click to add to cart!

I've searched around in the admin panel forever....and here...sorry if this is an obvious question.

shoot - now it's gone - and it's after I set the download attribute?

is there a way to get it back for downloadable goods? I REALLY prefer it as an interface!!!!!!
