Can't create new category

Hi,

I'm having a similar problem with Products (ZC v 1.3.8a). When I select a (sub)category I get the button to Add Product, but then I just get a page with no functionality on it - no fields etc, just the default images.

Perhaps you could do a screen shot of what you are seeing so that we can have a better idea of what you see as I am not picturing it ...

Being a very very very new user of Zen Cart, I really don't know what you mean by

What do I need to do exactly? Which files need to be copies wherer and under which folder? Can you please be more specific? I am really out of any hope that I can get this thing fixed. Still can't add any categories after installing the turkish pack.

One suspicious thing I'd like to add is that normally the icon of adding a new category is a folder right? In my turkish language pack the icon for a new category consists of a 3-colors-pyramid-alike icon.

Please can someone guide me step by step? Really I start losing all hopes.

Hi, was that to me or to kaaafum? If me then tried to do a screenshot but can't can't get it small enough to attach. (19.5k??!) Imagine the add category/products page but without any buttons - just the header and footer.

That was to you, Kealakekua ... I am not picturing what it is you are trying to describe ...

I can see where you might not see the NEW PRODUCT or NEW CATEGORY button but not where you do not see either of them ... or do not see the icons on the right ...

You might View Source and see if the images are really not there or if they are missing from your server ...

Have you ever customized the /admin files or added any add-ons?

If you go to the Catalog ... Manufacturers ... does it work?

If you go to the Catalog ... Products Price Manager ... does it work?

Haven't customized/added anything. Manufacturers works but PPM doesn't. Just noticed that if I hover over the Products button there is no path showing at the bottom of the browser. Think I'll uninstall and reinstall - see if that works.
