Help! My text is all messed up

I was adding an extra product to the site yesterday and suddenly I noticed all of the text on the site was displaying the actual definitions. To see what I mean look here: http://www.sliceoffeist.com/zencart/index.php

I am guessing I deleted an end tag somewhere?

Have you deleted the problem product - or looked at it's coding?

Yes - I did delete the product and refreshed with no result.

I am a very new beginner in code - but I am guessing I might be missing an end tag somewhere? Not really sure?

What else have you changed? It looks like a file was edited incorrectly or deleted from the server.

Check that you have includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/header.php (where YOUR_TEMPLATE is the name of your template).

Hello, I did not have my template folder in includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/header.php
it's in includes/templates and there doesn't exist a header.php file in that area, only a tpl_header.php not sure if this matters? I know the tpl_header.php overrides the normal one.

You're seeing the constants because there's something wrong with your header.php file. It *must* exist in either includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/ or includes/languages/english/. The other files you mentioned aren't involved.
