Admin->coupon-> Report showing 0

I have confirmed in the database (and with the customer) that they used a coupon: Table Order, field coupon_code has the correct data.

I was expecting to be able to see all the uses for a given coupon when I go to Admin->Gift Certificate/Coupons->Coupon Admin and click on Report.
This report is showing 0 uses.

Is there any known issues with this report?
I did grab and upload coupon_admin.php just incase, but this did not change anything.

And you selected the specific Discount Coupon before clicking on the REPORT button?
