SSL problem

Hello I am having a problem with SSL on my installation of Zen Cart

Did you follow the instructions here:

and change both config files where needed?

Yes, I have changed both of the configuration files. I have just double checked and they are correct. One thing i just noticed is this:
"You may have to load the whole catalog into an HTTPS directory also. Please consult your host for the URL you will need"

What does this mean by an https directory?

Some hosts use a two-folder system - one folder for httpdocs and another for httpsdocs.
