    Default Google Global Search Engines

    Hi,

    I was told that I can target the whole world by adding the following meta tag source code to my home page - to be placed under the description of keywords tag when you look at the page source code:

    <meta name="distribution" content="global" />

    I was just wondering, within Zen Cart, where can I place this so that it will be recognised?

    Thanks heaps!

    You could add it in your template's common/html_header.php file, but I'd be very surprised if it made any difference. Most search engines don't support this tag and in any case, since this tag is intended for limiting the distribution of a web page, where it's not set, it's assumed to be equivalent to "global" anyway.

    Ok, I will leave this tag out then if it is already recognised as global. Thanks so much!
