Gift Certificates not sending

Hi,
I am using version 1.3.8a.
I have been testing "Mail Gift Certificate", (sending to myself), and I am not getting them. I have checked all of the Configurations - Email Options, and orginally was on PHP default, so changed to "send mail" and tested again. (still not received). Then I enabled the error checking and sent again (still no mail - and NO errors).

So I contacted my host (Bluehost), and they couldn't find a problem, but did ask me to resgister a support ticket.

I then searched their knowledge base and changed the email config to SMPT and included all the relevant info. Still no mail!

Then I checked the files (developer tools) to confirm this:
/usr/sbin/sendmail.

Any ideas on why mail is not getting through for just Gift Certificates? I have tested other send mail options and I get the mail!

I also notice that when I send the Gift Certifcate that confirmation does not appear at the top like when I send others.

This is driving me batty!

Success!

I FOUND THE ISSUE!
When I clicked on the "send mail" button to execute the send, it wasn't sending until I clicked on the button again. I then got the confirmation of the mail sent. Just to make sure It wasn't me not clicking properly, I sent again.. and the same scenario. I had to click to send twice to get the confirmation.

Happy again.. but this is a "bug".

But now I have another problem. When I enter the Gift Certificate Redemption Code at Checkout in it returns "Invalid Code".

Looks like I'm about to go find out what that problem is
