Custom Search Box

HI, I've made up a custom search box which will appear on every page of my website, however if possible I would like to change the Price Min/Price Max Entry Boxes to dropdown boxes.

Please see the attached graphic to show you exactly what I'd like to do.

So how can I do this? If someone can help then I'd much appreciate this.
