Fedex Ground No Rates Return

hi all, im trying to fix my shipping module badly.

first of all, my fedex ground always give me no rates return;

i test my places but i wouldnt work. whereas fedex express are showing the rate.

also, as im located in singapore. if i configure the currency for fedex module to SGD. it wouldnt work as well.i have tested that it will work for usd and eur.

make sure that the test order your placing has a company name in the shipping address.....


without a company name it is set to use Home Delivery

i tried with company name as well, it showed "no rates returned"

the settings are same as my fedex express .. pls help.

Fedex Ground module is not showing for weights over 70 lb yet Fedex will rate and deliver up to 150 lb. The Fedex Express module works fine up to 150 lb.
