My Site Links Do Not Work!!!!

Hey,

I have recently backed up my site and then I had a mistake with a new program so i deleted all the files on the server and uploaded the backed up files.

Now when I visit my site, the homepage loads... then when I click on any other links it says that the page cannot be found...

My site is http://nnforyou.com !

Step 1 for diagnosing this would be to turn off your URL re-writing, since currently we can't see your real URLs.
