Certainly. These titles are just text and can changed in each module's language file (includes/languages/YOUR-LANGUAGE/modules/payment/...)

You should probably visit this with your designer. And while visiting, ask about override directories. Your site it setup with classic as the template and will have problems on upgrade.
Also, you have some Zen IDs hard-coded into some of your links on the main page. This will really mess with someone who has a cart and then clicks one of the links.A little help with colors.
