Help:Contact email not in HTML

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I get all my emails in html format but for some reason when a customer contact me through the contact us page i don't receive it in html format. This is a sample of how it look. It's only like this when customers try to contact me through the contact us page. Every other email works except for this. I am using zen cart ver 1.3.8a. Thanks in advance.

Yes I have that option set to true but am still receiving email from customer through contact us in that format. It's weird how everything else is in html formot except for the contact us.

Ok I've read the threads and it didn't solve my issue. I think the problem is that when customers contact me through contact us, it's not pulling the email_template_contact_us.html to generate the look of the email. I don't know much about coding so it looks like am stuck. So if anyone have any sugesstions, I would really appreiate it.
