Shopping cart "message" at top; how do I change it?

Hi,

I searched this site trying to find a clue about how to change the message at the top of my shopping cart. I went into the cpanel and changed the what I thought was the correct php file but no luck.
Is there an easier way to change it and I'm just missing it?

just add a diaper to your cart and you'll see this message at the top "Shipping is determined on a flat rate basis. Three or more items qualifies for free shipping. The "free shipping" option will automatically show up as a result of having 3 or more items in your cart...." I'm no longer offering this so how do I change it?

To change the wording on top of the shopping cart page.

Use this:

1. https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=39
2. Search for this wording: Three or more items qualifies for free shipping
