HELP with adding customers add-on

Hi everyone,
I am new to Zencart and my website builder no longer works for himself, hence my support stream has disappeared.....

I am an ebay seller who has recently had a stand alone website built using Zencart 1.3.8.

Currently I have over 1000 customers (from ebay) that are not in my zencart database, hence I have found the adding customers add-on which will apparently allow me to upload these customers via my zencart admin module once this add-on is uploaded.

The problem I have is that the install instructions only state "1. Upload all files to your store directory, the new menu item will be in the Customers menu."

For a newbie like me.... This means nothing!!

Where is my store directory? and how do I do this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should have an 'includes' directory and an 'admin' directory on your site folders. Look for it in FTP.

You'll also find an admin and an includes folder in your mod files. these need to be merged.

BACKUP ALL AFFECTED FILES BEFORE YOU BEGIN!!

Thanks for the info, However I really need it to be dumbed down a few pegs....

If someone could provide me with a step by step process of how to load the adding customers add-on, I would be very grateful.
