format of order confirmation emails

Is it possible to change the formatting of the order confirmation emails that are sent to admin contacts?

For example having the customers name and address in a different order?

The reason is that we are having to manually enter the order data onto our main system so
the more cut and paste it can be the better.

The email is construted at the bottom of this file, but be sure to first make a back-up. The file is a little tricky.

If you're good at SQL, you can completely customize it, too.

Here's a tip: give yourself a GV and make GV purchases. You'll get the confirmation email sent to you (customer) and you (admin).
