I have installed and been using the "Priority Handling" Add On:

It has been working just fine - except that i tried turning it off (disabling it) for the first time, today as I use the module only seasonally - for adding a handling fee for perishables that need rush shipment (freezing weather and heat waves of summer).

I currently have the following values set in admin for this module:
Enable Priority Handling Module = false
Offer Priority Handling = false
Sort Order = 175
Priority Handling Charge Type = tiered
Handling Charge: Percentage = blank /empty
Handling Charge: Fee Tier = 2.00
Handling Charge: Price Tier = 5000
Handling Charge: Price Tier Ceiling = 10000
Tax Class = Taxable Goods
Tax Display = Tax Subtotal


The issue is that despite the above, the Priority Handling option is still displayed / offered on checkout_payment page; I can remove it only by uninstalling the module entirely, however, I'd like to be able to enable /disable this module without having to reconfigure it each time!

Any ideas, anyone???
