viewing shopping carts

Hi,

Is there a way to have a look at pending shopping carts ?

Is it on Admin or in the database ?

A customers says its shopping carts dumped parts of its previous orders..

on the odd occasion when I want to see a customer's shopping cart I logon with the customer's email and my master password (master password is a contribution you need to install if you haven't done so as yet).
