Shipping Table, Call for cost

I am using a shipping table and I need to know if I can do something like this.
50:11.95,75:15.55,100:20.25,150:22.75,200: Call for Shipping

So anything after $200 tells the customer the shipping will be calculated after the order is placed.

I am not sure if you mean the Order is over $200 or the Shipping is over $200 ... so let's assume you mean the Order ...

You could customize the shipping module to disable it when the order is over $200 ... but that would mean that they could not checkout ...

What do you want them to do after they call you because the order is over $200?
