Changing the Home Banner link address?

I'm trying to change the link address on my store banner. Once the store is completed, there will be a splash screen before entering the store and don't want people to have to go back to the splash screen when they click the banner. Thanks

I assume you want the splash page to ask customers if they are of age? Otherwise, I don't think it's a good idea.

BTW, in Zencart, that's a header, not a banner.
