LARGE image not displaying

I've uploaded a pair of images to my server.

One is somepicture.jpg (about 100 x 80 px)
The other is somepicture_LRG.jpg (about 300 x240px)

somepicture.jpg in in the /images/categories folder.
somepicture_LRG.jpg is in /images/categories/large folder.

When I click on the smaller image on my Product page, the popup displays the somepicture.jpg file, NOT the larger one in the "large" folder.

What am I missing?

In looking at the various options in the admin area - Configuration/Images, is there a place to set the size of the LARGE image and its popup window?

I see settings for the file suffixes, but not for the image or window size. I just tested this with a large image sized 618px x 501px, and only about 3/4 of the image shows as the popup window is a bit too small.

You need to be looking at the IMAGE HANDLER mod!! It eliminates the need to use classic ZC image structure and allows you to use just one set of full size images. IH mod then optimises your small, medium and large images, all from the main images and all to pre-determined dimensions set by you in admin.

I am still interested in finding out WHY my popup window for the _LRG image is just a bit too small to show the entire image; it cuts off the bottom right edges a bit. (See the attached image - it should show a red box with a green border.)

Does anyone know how to size this popup window?

Hey I have the same problem.

The site has the ImageHandler2 installed. Before installing it the
Larger image was working.

In seeing your post-

My categories folder is in the public_html/images/ and
not the public_html/images/large

There were 2 folders i the large folder. (dvd & micro or something), but I deleted those.

I see the large image when I click on large image ...

NOTE: you appear to have an extra image in the:
/images/spiritual_wooden_cross_joy_MED.jpg

and an extra large image:
/images/large/spiritual_wooden_cross_joy_MED_LRG.jpg

There is code in the:
/includes/modues/pages/popup_image/jscript_main.php

that tries to set the size of the window based on the browser ...

Hey,

I see it too. That is to weird.

It wasn't working the other day.

Now if I can figure out why the hover and watermark stopped working I'll feel much better.

The reason the odd images are uploaded is due to the client. She's learning to rename her images and uploading them. Well, I taught
her to make back ups using cpanel, so hopefully nothing will get too
messed up.

This is driving me nuts. I have tried every combination of this _MED _LRG, /images/ folder stuff with no luck.

I have uploaded the thumb for the B1 "Crystal Quartz & Leather Bracelet" (first one in the "Bracelets" section on the shop) to the main directory via the ZC admin, and FTP'd the _MED version of it to the images/medium/bracelets/ folder and the _LRG version of it to the images/large/bracelets folder.
When you click the thumb for the first bracelet on the list, it should show the _MED version on the Product Info page, correct? It doesn't. It shows the thumb. When you click the thumb on the Product info page, it should show the _LRG version, correct? It doesn't.
What am I doing wrong?

Oh, I don't want to use Image Handler, as the _LRG image I have is a different "large" image than the thumb abd medium. It's the same file name though, with the _LRG extension on it.
