Discount for Pickup in Store...?

Hello, I would like to be able to offer a percentage discount for "Pickup in Store". I am using 1.38a. Is there a special module for this, or a way to set a negative percentage?

You could customize an Order Total module to give a discount ...

Probably using the Low Order Fee ot_loworderfee as a guide, you could clone that to be a discount based on the Order Total ...

You might peek in the Add Ons to see if there is anything for Discounts already built ...
