I am running Zen-Cart 1.3.8 and have just installed your shipping rates in cart add on except for the side box sections as aI do not use the shopping cart side box.

However I have go a big problem. I merged the following file as described by you in your read me file.

includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_shopping_cart_default.php

But when I uploaded the file I lost some of my cart information. I have lost the subtotal heading & text, continue shopping button, confirm order button and more.

Can you tell me what I am doing wrong and how I can fix this. I need to have my site up by early tomorrow and would like to have this problem fixed before I do.
