flagship merchant account

Is there a module that will work with the flagship merchant account? I have never heard of them, but this what my client is planning on using.

They appear to be a First Data reseller, so the module is built in to Zencart.

I would encourage your client to do a lot of comparing before committing to any payment processor, including here:
