TEXT attribute not working properly

I have text box attributes set up for my pet ID tags so customers can personalize their tags. These text boxes are for Pet Name, then Lines 1-4 for owner info. I just recovered the site after it was down for about a month & this is one thing that still isn't working properly.

During Step 3 of the order process, all the boxes where the customer has typed in their personalization information show like this:

1 x Bone Shaped Pet Tag - Large - Two-Sided

* Pet Name:: TEXT
* Background:: Camo Pink
* Font:: Cheri
* Line 1:: TEXT
* Line 2:: TEXT
* Line 3:: TEXT
* Line 4:: TEXT

I have experimented with tags from each subcategory and I'm having the same problem across the board. Ideas? I NEED this to show correctly so I'm not emailing customers trying to verify their personalization details.

My website was completely axed by my old host & I had to basically rebuild it with a somewhat incomplete database backup. I don't know where to look to fix the problem, but I suspect it's in the database somewhere. I have tried removing the attribute and adding it back it, but I still get the same TEXT result instead of what the customer has typed in.

I am also having problems getting the sort order correct, no matter what numbers I put it, it won't change the order of how the attributes display on my product pages.

Any help would be very welcomed. The site was down for a month and I finally have it back up, but am limping along with this new set of problems.

Sounds like a bad, missing or otherwise corrupt file ...

I would use Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com and do an FTP compare of your site to a clean version of Zen Cart and see if any file is bad, missing or corrupt ...

If you do not "own" Beyond Compare, you can still do a comparison on your computer with a clean Zen Cart in one directory against another directory with the files from your site ...
