Wont let me log in - need help ASAP please

For some reason my zencart wont let me log in so I did the tutorial where I add the coding to phpmyadmin but I am getting this error I need help asap as I have orders to fill and I really dont want to have to redo my site

Are you using prefixes on your database tables?

Look in the files:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

If so, you need to include the prefix on the commands to fix the admin table login ...
