Javascript only, nothing special. You may want to check the banner swapper module and see if it can help. It's a pretty simple javascript effect anyway.

Im not much of a coder so I can't code it myself. I've checked the banner swapper module and though it pretty much does the same thing, im kinda after the 4 small images effect. Any tip on how to do that?

I have not seen the module but I found an open source rotator which I have placed on a test page. I want to eventually put it on the home page.. and only the home page.
