Qty Discount adds wrong when more attributes?

I'm looking into the native Qty Discount for the first time, but can't seem to get it right.

Situation:

One product, one prize, 9 colors.

1-4: 199 each
5-9: 10% off
10+:15% off

It works fine as long as you order let's say 7 of the same color, but once you add 4 blue and 3 green, you'll have to pay full prize for the blue ones and discount is only given for the green.

Please help?
