    Default Probelm with Template Installation

We have downloaded a template using our FTP account to our server. The download was successful, however when we go to Tools, Template Selection, then Edit, the template does not show up. I am using Zen Cart version v1.3.8a/v1.3.8. The site is not live and has no templates other than the default Zen Cart template. Can anyone tell me what we may be doing wrong?

you normally upload to a server and sometimes (with mods) you have to change the name of certain folders. You should only have to upload with a new template.
    A little help with colors.

Where did you get the template from? Did it come with instructions? Did you follow them? Did you upload the folders/files to the corresponding folders on your website?
