php script on page_2.php

Trying to run an image rotator on a 'defined page', and I am unsure what constitutes placing the script on the page. If, for example, I want the script to run on page_2, on what page do I place the php include and the actual script? I have tried tpl_page2_default.php, and index.php, but that does not seem to do it.

Without a great deal of coding tactics, PHP will not run from a defined page.

it depends on the script you are using, if it is pure php you should be able to place it in tpl_page_2_default but most script will have 2 parts a script and a php file.

Another solution would be to install the script in its own directory on the server and use iframe to display the output in page 2
