To control this color you need to add a separate element to the stylesheet.css
Add this to the sheet:
#informationContent ul li a {color: #FF0000;}
- I highlighted red font is just to show you a change, use any color you like.
- Notice the path in your screen shct
- div id = informationContent, then there is a ul, then li, then a
- you can always on the right pane right mouse click, choose Edit Element style
- start the declaration process, like color, then tab give it a color

I added the line you sent to the stylesheet (changed the colour too) but all it did was change the text colour in the one sidebox and remove the hover colour, which is not a problem. But all the other text links throughout the site are still the bright blue.
I am still hoping to be able to find out what is controlling that colour throughout the template?

You have too many digits in the hex color here - should be 6, you have 7.
