Fatal Error Class Box Not Found

Hello All,

Moved a Zen Cart to a new host. Only one issue has surfaced. When trying to copy a product to a new category the following error is displayed:

Fatal error: Class 'box' not found in D:\Domains\DOMAINNAME.com\wwwroot\cart\admin\product.php on line 649

It is rather cryptic to me, perhaps someone can help me out.

You are likely the victim of an incomplete upload due to FTP failures.
Check that all files were uploaded, and that what's on the server is actually what you expected to be there (ie: all files are complete, not partial, or empty).
