Sudden, odd PHP error

My site (hxxp://www.t r e a d r i t eshoes.com/shop/, built with ZC 1.3.8a) has suffered a spontaneous massive existence failure. The Admin area still works as it always has, but I can no longer access the front end, either by typing in the URL directly into my browser or by clicking the "Online Catalog" link in the Admin area.

My debug results:

The only change from a clean install which I've actually installed on the live server is my addition of Improved Attributes Controller v. 1.1b2. The shop worked perfectly until 20 April, when it suddenly began returning a blank page.

I hope some coder more brilliant than I has some idea what's wrong. Thanks in advance!

Why do you have a copy of "attributes_controller.php" in your "extra_configures" folder?

Something worth noting ... in Zen Cart there are often files which share the same name located in multiple folders. But, just because they have a certain name does not mean one can just put a file by that name in a certain place.
It's possible that the addon contains multiple files named "attributes_controller.php", but the different versions of that file belong in certain varying folders. Normally the zip file contains the folders too, so one simply reproduces the folder structure on the server, putting the prescribed files in the prescribed folders.

I'm guessing whoever installed the addon simply put the wrong file in the wrong folder. At least, that's what's causing the error message you reported.
