I have been trying to replace the Zen Cart header that is on the Tell A Friend email and not having any luck.
I replaced the Zen Cart header.jpg in the: email folder and kept the name the same and deleted the Zen Cart header....
When I test the email I get the Zen Cart header...
What am I missing?

Your email program has probably got the old image stored in cache. Refreshing the page (F5 in MS software apps) will likely reload the files. Or, you can find your email program's options for clearing the HTML cache ... maybe even clear your browser's cache.
