I am using ZC v1.38a, this is the last stumbling block for this new site.
I am using the quantity discount mod as well as group discount mod.
I have searched for like situations and tried some of the suggestions, however they did not work.

Here is my shipping needs:
Cat 1
UPS by weight or Store pickup

Cat 2
Dropship freight

Cat 3
UPS by zone, $5 per case for Residential delivery
Min 12 items from cat. UPS for partial case
24 items free shipping for case
25 to 35 UPS for partial case
36 to 48 Free UPS
49 to 59 UPS for partial case
60 to 72 Free UPS
73 to 83 UPS for partial case
84 to 96 Free UPS
96+ Free Freight on Pallet via large trucks.

Cat 4
Subcat 4-1
UPS by weight or Store pickup
Subcat 4-2
Free shipping or Store pickup

Is this actually doable?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
