Main page shows a product??!

First of all, I'm ALL new to ZenCart.. I'm playing around with 1.3.8a and so far most things are well.

But all of a sudden my first page is "gone" and a product is shown there instead of the text I edited in my define_main_page.php

How can I *not* have any products shown in the centre section when accessing the bas url ?

If I enter http://www.mysite.tld/shop/index.php in my browser,
I'm instantly transported to http://www.mysite.tld/shop/index.php...&products_id=2 which isn't what I want.

I went to admin / configuration / Index listing and set everything to 0, as shown below.

Admin > Configuration > Layout Settings > Categories - Always Show on Main Page - set to 0

It is 0 already..
Main Page - Opens with Category is also 0, and Customer Greeting - Show on Index Page is set to 1.

Oops..
Sorry, I had a product at the top level, not in a category.. Moving it solved the thing.
